SIMON SCOTT - Legal Recruitment Consultant
SIMON SCOTT - Legal Recruitment Consultant, Simon originally hails from the cold North East of England and read law at Queens’ College, Cambridge University before training, qualifying and practising as an employment lawyer in Manchester.

He moved into legal recruitment in 1996 and gained five years’ experience at three long-established specialist legal recruitment companies in London (Hughes Castell), Bristol (Chadwick Nott) and Manchester.

He then founded and ran his own legal recruitment company for four years during which time it opened offices in Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol and Reading.

More recently he lived and worked in Andalucia in Spain for a number of years before moving to Grand Cayman and joining CML in order to utilise his extensive legal recruitment experience in the highly appealing environment of the Caribbean.

Simon enjoys golf, swimming and cycling around the beautiful and tranquil east end of the island but as a result is regarded as something of an oddity by his colleagues for choosing to live more than a short commuting distance from the office.
