*Conditions:

  1. There are no limits to the number of referrals an individual can make. Each successful referral (see below) will qualify for a referral reward. 

  2. The value of the reward will be at the discretion of CML based on the industry and seniority of the role.  (Generally, the successful referral of a qualified lawyer, senior executive or qualified accountant will qualify you for a gift card valued between US$500 and US$1000. Referral of a qualified or experienced administrator will qualify you for a gift card valued between US$100 and US$500.)

  3. The CML Referral Program does not apply to individuals already known to or registered with CML on the date of the referral. 
     
  4. In order to qualify for a referral reward, the referred candidate must: 
    - identify the referring party at the time of registration with, or application to, CML. 
    - be a candidate not previously known to, or registered with, CML. 
    - be successful in gaining employment through CML in either a temporary or permanent capacity, resulting in a fee to CML, duly paid by the client. 
    - complete at least three months work in the associated temporary or permanent position(s).  

  5. In order to qualify for a referral reward, the referring party must:   
    -be themselves registered with CML at the time of the referral and must have provided sufficient contact information to enable us to contact them. (Otherwise, we won’t know to whom or where to send the reward!)
    - respond in timely fashion to any request for information required to enable us to send the referral reward. 
    - pay any import duty that may result from the international delivery of said referral reward. 
    - be willing to be photographed or provide a photograph as may reasonably be requested by CML to further promote their referral reward program. 

  6. No monetary alternative is available.    

  7. CML reserves the right to vary or terminate all or part of the terms of the Referral Program at any time without notice.
