Basically, any of the words that would be in a reference about you such as, “motivated”, “diligent”, “creative” – YOU should stay away from. Instead, you should prove your awesomeness through your skills, knowledge and expertise, whether it’s by demonstration or using a past project as an example. Humility goes a long way.
