There have been many articles recently about the difficulties facing employers when trying to retain their top talent, i.e. employees! Even though the job market has been tough over the last few years, it would seem that companies are still finding it hard to keep their top employees on board and engaged, especially as salaries have been fixed and promotions scarce.
I came across the following article on the Integral Talent Systems Network about ‘The workforce attrition crisis’, and found the differing opinions on why people are leaving jobs and the struggle employers are having to keep people excited about their jobs, to be really interesting.
