If you’re not, you may be overlooking a wealth of resources on the Internet’s third largest site, after Google and Facebook.

We have advocated for many years that Video is the best opportunity to tell a compelling story to attract top candidates, and is shown with the helpful infographic by HireRabbit depicted below.

So, why YouTube? The average user spends 15 minutes a day on the site.  From this alone, people are twice as likely to visit a website after seeing a video, and YouTube has a very wide user base to help us reach the, sometimes, very specific candidate we are looking for.
