Job Description:
Our Client
Our client is a venture capital/private equity group with businesses across the globe, and is seeking an established, dynamic and entrepreneurial incumbent. Reporting directly to the Chairman, the successful incumbent is also an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who has a big picture perspective as well as meticulous eye for detail to manage its operations across the globe.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead group's financial reporting and internal reporting for its global operations
- Global tax planning, transfer pricing and legal structuring initiatives
Your Profile
- Excellent academic record with an internationally recognized Professional Accounting Qualification (such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Minimum 6 years post-qualification experience, preferably with initial Big 4 background and thereafter commercial/industry experience in a similar CFO level role
- Attention to detail, hands-on with can-do approach
- International exposure/perspective, entrepreneurial and dynamic with the ability to lead
- Native English required
- Highly proficient in Microsoft and Accounting Applications
