Job Title: Financial Controller

Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a Financial Controller for a growing Law Firm. The individual will be responsible for the daily accounting functions and financial operations of the company. Candidates must be qualified accountants (ACCA, ACA, CMA or CIMA) with at least 5 years PQE, of which 3 years must be in a management position as the job entails providing management for the accounts department.

Candidates will be experienced in preparing financial statements, capital budgets, management accounts and time billing procedures. Previous experience in a similar position in a Law Firm is preferred.

The individual will be motivated and organized, with the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. The successful candidate will also be an innovative thinker who can use a variety of methods to provide effective solutions to problems.

Preferred candidates are Caymanians, permanent residence holders and persons married to Caymanians.

Salary for the position is US$80,000 to US$100,000 per annum commensurate with experience plus a discretionary performance-based bonus.
