Temporary Accounting Contracts (Cayman Islands Only)

In order to offset the expense and effort of relocating you and obtaining your work permit, most employers will require a minimum two year commitment in return. If you are tempted by the idea of working abroad, but are wary of committing to a long term contract, or if you have an accounting designation but no financial services experience, you may want to test the tropical waters with a 3-6 month temporary contract.

A temporary contract is an excellent way to gain experience with one of our globally renowned financial services clients, who would otherwise only consider candidates with years of relevant experience. Being here, readily available with a work permit in hand, makes you a perfect candidate for any client with an immediate need.

We offer candidates a generous relocation allowance as well as help and advice throughout their relocation process. Not only do we provide candidates with accommodation and transportation when they first arrive, we also let them know where they can find the best deals on cars and apartments to see them through their stay. Working as a contract accountant in the Cayman Islands generally does not mean moving from client to client for a week or two at a time, interspersed with periods without work. Most of our contract accountants remain with the same client for 3-6 months and the vast majority receive permanent offers.
