Offshore legal firms require specialist legal secretaries with experience primarily in corporate, commercial, funds and litigation, in both permanent and temporary roles. An ideal candidate will normally have at least 3 years of experience in one or more of the following disciplines: Asset Finance, Capital Markets & Structured Finance, Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Compliance, Insolvency & Corporate Recovery, Insurance, Investment Funds, Private Client & International Trusts, Real Estate, Trademarks & Patents and Trusts.
