Acquisition Finance Jobs
CML has experience with recruiting Acquisition Finance Lawyers for numerous clients in the offshore jurisdictions. A strong candidate for this role will typically have experience working with banks and other debt providers as well as underlying corporate borrowers and private equity sponsors. A candidate should also be familiar with investment grade financing, structuring and documentation of leveraged buyouts, bid financings, public-to-privates and other acquisition-related financing transactions. The majority of these agreements are multi-jurisdictional.
For this role, experience in the following areas is preferred:
- Complex restructurings
- Exit options
- Advising on structured finance transactions including securitisation.
