Overview: In order to work in the Channel Islands you must bring a skill or expertise not found in the local population, or have a degree or qualification in your field. Your position will also be accompanied with a residency certificate. Any positions without residency certificates are for the local population only.
 
Work Permits: You must apply for a Right to Work document, supported by your Legal Housing Document. Applicants from outside the UK and EU will also be required to apply for a work permit.
